Join the Belly Dance class for exercise but please stay for the fun!
Express yourself through dance! Since the 1970’s, belly dance has been a fun and exciting way for women of all sizes and ages to build confidence, stay fit and make friends. Belly dancing is good exercise for the abdominals, quadriceps and helps to build stamina.
