Are you interested in learning more about heart health? Please stop by the Spartanburg Regional Heart Center for the open house of our new Heart Resource Center! Here, our community can access valuable education tools to live a heart-healthier life. Light refreshments will be served.
Day of Dance

Westgate Mall Center Court
Proving that exercise can be both fun and beneficial to the heart, the program features interactive dance demonstrations, including shag, tap, the Electric Slide, Jazzercise, Nia and more. Free screenings include Body Mass Index (body fat measure), anemia, heart-health assessment, blood pressure readings, carotid artery ultrasounds and carbon monoxide screenings. Learn how to deal with stress and take charge of your health with Hunter Mahon, the director of the Spartanburg Regional Center for Health and Healing. Later, Jim Rogers, a Spartanburg Regional security officer, will demonstrate self defense techniques. Click here to register for this free event, which includes a light dinner.
Bearden-Josey Center for Breast Health
Spartanburg Regional offers free screening mammograms for women age 40 and up through a grant from Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the South Carolina Best Chance Network.
