Want to make Valentines Day Chocolates?

Can you think of anything more divine than biting into a delicious piece of decadent chocolate? Have you ever wondered how these masterpieces are created? Now is your chance to not only find out; but to learn how to make your own. With Valentine’s Day approaching, you can spend a day learning how to whip up these fabulous confections for yourself, that special someone, your friends, and your family.

Bill Jackson, Spartanburg’s own premier pastry chef and chocolatier will teach you how to make truffles from chocolate. You will also learn how to melt and temper chocolate and also learn piping skills to create that special artisan look.

You will leave with your very own handmade delectable truffles. You encouraged to bring lunch to class.

Class Date:  February 6
Time: 9 am to 5 pm
Location:  SCC central campus
