Phlebotomy Technician 

You can become a certified phlebotomist under the national ASCP guidelines through classroom, lab and clinical experience. You will be trained to collect blood samples which enable physicians to diagnose and treat illnesses. This course will teach you how to obtain blood specimens accurately and comfortably using the proper technique, how to work well under pressure, communicate with patients, and become a vital member of the healthcare team.

Course Dates:
August 22 – October 7 at SCC Central Campus
September 26 – November 11 at SCC Central Campus

Dialysis/Phlebotomy Technician buncled program

This program combines Dialysis and Phlebotomy to prepare you for a demanding career as a Dialysis Technician. Phlebotomy is an integral part of working with dialysis patients and this program provides students with marketable skills. You can become a certified phlebotomist under ASCP guidelines. Students learn through classroom, lab and clinical experience.

Course Dates: September 26 – January 24, 2012 at SCC Central Campus
